Hotels

Our role in hotel projects is focused and deliberate. We define the F&B strategy — how many restaurants, what kind of bar, whether there's a café, how room service works — and we bring in the right specialists for everything else. We don't claim to do everything. We know who does it best, and we know how to make it work together.

01

F&B Ecosystem Architecture

In a hotel, food and beverage is a system — not a single venue. We define the full F&B structure: how many restaurants, what kind of bar, whether a café makes sense, how room service is positioned, and how each space relates to the others. Every element is given a clear role, a differentiated identity, and a coherent relationship to the whole — so the property feels considered rather than assembled.

02

Brand & Identity

The brand is the public expression of everything the hotel stands for — from the name and visual identity to the tone of every guest communication. Developed in close partnership with Studio Akarii, whose expertise in hospitality brand direction ensures the creative system is as considered as the physical one.

03

Wellness

For hotel projects where wellness is part of the brief, we introduce and work alongside Bioharmony — specialists in hotel wellness concept development and operational delivery. They define the spa philosophy, treatment offering, and wellness F&B integration, ensuring the wellness component is as considered as the rest of the property. We coordinate the relationship between the wellness offer and the broader F&B and brand direction to ensure everything belongs to the same house.

04

Members' Club

For hotel projects that include a members' programme, we work alongside Delbono Capital — experts in members' club strategy, community architecture, and member experience. Brought in where the brief demands genuine expertise, Delbono Capital defines the membership structure, the community proposition, and the programming logic that gives a members' club its reason to exist. Their involvement is coordinated within the wider project — ensuring the members' offer is coherent with the F&B identity and brand direction of the hotel.

The F&B offer is not a detail — it is often the primary reason a hotel is visited, remembered, and returned to.

In Partnership Curated Specialist Network

We don't claim expertise we don't have. For each discipline outside our direct scope, we introduce the right specialist — selected for the project, not from a standing list. These are the partners we work with on hotel projects.

Studio Akarii

Brand & Creative Direction

Full brand identity, naming, visual systems, and creative direction. Studio Akarii is a founding partner — present on every project that requires a brand, working in close coordination with the concept and interior direction.

Bioharmony

Wellness Programming & Execution

Specialist in hotel wellness concept development and full operational delivery. Bioharmony defines the spa philosophy, treatment offering, wellness F&B integration, and the programming that positions the wellness offer as a genuine destination rather than an amenity.

Luca Del Bono

Members' Club — Select Projects

For hotel projects that include a members' programme, we work with Luca Del Bono — an expert in members' club strategy, community architecture, and member experience. Introduced where the brief demands genuine expertise rather than a generic framework.

Mozaik

Web & Digital

Digital presence, booking experience, and content strategy for hotel properties — developed in close collaboration with Studio Akarii to ensure the digital touchpoints are as considered as the physical ones.

Music Direction

Atmosphere & Sound — Specialist Network

Specialist music directors who define the sonic identity of the property and translate it into a programming logic that works across all spaces and times of day — from lobby to restaurant to bar to pool deck.

Lighting Design

Atmosphere & Lighting — Specialist Network

Specialist lighting designers introduced at the concept stage — not brought in at the end to add fixtures, but briefed to shape atmosphere across the full property as an integral part of the design process.
